These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leave Localhost website and your purchase of the Leave Localhost product. By using the site or buying the product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The website

Leave Localhost operates this website to describe and sell the Leave Localhost source-code product. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems.

2. Purchases and payment

The product is sold through Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. This means Polar is the seller of record and handles payment, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. By purchasing, you authorize Polar to charge your chosen payment method. We don't store your full payment-card details; they are handled by Polar under its own terms and privacy policy.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price you pay is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Any listed sale or launch pricing is available only while shown.

3. Your license to the product

The Leave Localhost source code is licensed, not sold. Your use of it is governed by the License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: you can build unlimited projects for you or your organization, but you may not resell, republish, or redistribute the boilerplate itself.

4. Refunds

Because the product is delivered as digital source code that can't be returned once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See the License Agreement for details.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in the product — including code, text, design, and branding — is owned by Leave Localhost or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you beyond the rights granted in the License Agreement.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The website and product are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leave Localhost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted here, with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Merchant of Record

Because the product is sold through Polar acting as our Merchant of Record, your purchase is also subject to Polar's terms of service, which cover payment, tax, invoicing, and related consumer matters for the transaction itself. These Terms govern your use of this website and, together with the License Agreement, your use of the product's source code.
